‘Art in Public Places’ Exhibition: Submit by Sept. 5

A recurring public art exhibition open to artists in Anthem and North Phoenix is seeking submissions through Sept. 5. The juried show, “Art in Public Places,” will run Sept. 14 through Jan. 18 in the Anthem Civic Building.

Artists must be 18 or older, submitting original works in painting, drawing, photography or sculpture. Entry fee per piece is $25. Any artwork sold during the exhibition is subject to a 20 percent commission.

The program is a partnership between Anthem Community Council and the Sonoran Arts League. Submission details are here.
