TruHIT Fitness, offering high-intensity training in group classes with a personalized approach, expects to open later this month. The 4,600-square-foot gym will offer customized nutrition plans and on-site daycare.

“We’re very excited to bring TruHIT to the neighborhood,” Jared Barnum, franchise owner, said in a statement. He said the gym is “a great community providing support for nutrition, fitness and creating life-changing results.”

TruHIT conducts four-week challenges that include fitness evaluations, coaching and prizes as members across a half-dozen locations compete.

Monthly memberships are available for unlimited classes, or guests pay a drop-in class rate.
