Norterra Getting More Self Storage
For 15 years, In&Out Magazine has been the definitive source of “Everything that’s going on” in and out of the community. We thank you, our readers, as well as the businesses that support the magazine through advertising, for that opportunity. But with little going on, and many businesses suspending or canceling their ads during the Covid-19 crisis, we are suspending publication of the magazine and web sites for the month of May.
That shiny building with the galvanized metal panels under construction behind Brakes Plus between 17th and 19th avenues on the north side of Happy Valley Road is yet another North Phoenix self-storage facility.
Access to the two-story, 80,000-square-foot building is planned from Happy Valley Road to the south through the commercial center as well as another point off 17th Avenue.
