“It’s terrible east of I-17 and Jomax in the Fireside neighborhood.”
Verizon customer John Hopper

“I’ve had AT&T for years. No problems anywhere.”
— Amber Leuer, Dynamite Mountain Ranch

“Takes forever for texts to go through. Have to resend several times. On calls, it sounds garbled or underwater.”
Verizon customer Susan Gerdes Szczupaj, New River

“We switched to AT&T over the weekend and it is MUCH improved.”
—Former Verizon customer Scott R. Bair, Anthem

“It’s been GREAT … Never NOT had service yet.”
Cricket customer Jan Bartlett DeBay, Anthem

“Terrible data connections everywhere in Phoenix. Phone calls usually connect though.”
Sprint customer Christine Johnson

T-Mobile is horrible. It’s spotty from the time you hit Pioneer off the I-17. We live off of Hastings by Liberty Bell Park and it is a dead zone with reception.”
— Kelly Price Patten, Anthem

“I have had no issues with Sprint anywhere in the Valley, and I am all over the place.”
— Kristy Holmgren, Anthem

“Sometimes people say it sounds like I’m talking under water. A lot of dropped calls and calls where I can barely hear the other person. Also, not all texts go through even when they say ‘Delivered.’”
Verizon customer Diana Cefalu, Arroyo Grande section of Anthem

Verizon works great for us all over Anthem, except by Fry’s.”
— Kelly Kimbel

“The only place in my house that it works consistently is the bathtub. And yes, I’ve been desperate enough to get a signal to discover that.”
— Verizon customer Jennifer Churan, Anthem

“I am paying $150 a month and can barely make a phone call. I am furious.”
AT&T customer Karen Anne Mahoney, Anthem

“Our service is horrible. I sometimes feel like I need to stand on one leg, one arm up holding a metal rod while facing North by Southwest with my head at a certain angle just to get two bars.”
Verizon customer Leland Scott Marboe, Anthem
