Parents Keep Kids Home Even as High School Threat Deemed Not Credible

Attendance at BCHS was 37 percent today after an announcement of a threat scrawled on a bathroom wall and subsequent rumors that caused some parents to keep their children home. School officials said the threat had been deemed not credible, and they withheld details “to discourage any copycat threats and also to preserve the integrity of the investigation.”
