For 15 years, In&Out Magazine has been the definitive source of “Everything that’s going on” in and out of the community. We thank you, our readers, as well as the businesses that support the magazine through advertising, for that opportunity. But with little going on, and many businesses suspending or canceling their ads during the Covid-19 crisis, we are suspending publication of the magazine and web sites for the month of May. 


APS (Electricity)

​Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is the sole provider of municipal electricity service to the entire North Valley along the I-17 corridor and much of the rest of Metro Phoenix. (Other metro-area customers are served by SRP.)

Century Link (Phone, Cable, Internet)

Competes with Cox Cable in many locations.

City of Phoenix (Trash, Water)

The city provides trash and water service to its residents and businesses. County residents are served by Republic Services for trash pickup.

Cox (Phone, Cable, Internet)

Competes with Century Link in many locations.

Epcor (Water)

Provides water and sewer services to Anthem residents and businesses east of I-17 only (plus other communities outside our area). Phoenix city residents are served by the city's water supply.

Republic Services (Trash – Maricopa County)

Provides regular trash service and periodic bulk pickup (free) for non-Phoenix residents in the North Valley along the I-17 corridor, including New River, Desert Hills and the east side of Anthem.

Southwest Gas Corp.

The primary municipal provider of natural gas throughout the North Valley of Phoenix, including Anthem.
