One Less Excuse: New Gym Will Be Open 24/7

Working out on your own schedule is about to get easier. Anytime Fitness, a 24-hour fitness franchise with more than 3,000 locations around the world, plans to open in Anthem’s Commerce Park.

Franchise Owner Luke Lehr said the gym’s hours draw nightshifters as well as those who work odd daytime hours. “We also expect early risers to come in between 3 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. to get a workout in before they go to work,” he added.

Those who prefer a guided workout can expect fitness classes and personal training.

“We are trying to offer enough options that will fit the needs of the casual gym-goer to [those who are] more fitness fanatics,” Lehr told In&Out. “We really want to build a relationship with the members to help them get to a healthier place.”
