This gated enclave of condos is under construction within the the much larger Sonoran Foothills subdivision. Desert Village is aimed at empty nesters and others who may wish to downsize, or anyone looking for a low-maintenance home with a modern feel.

Community amenities include a small outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, plus a fitness center.
