Norterra Residents Asked to Weigh in on Desired Restaurants & Retail

In the spirit of involving the community in the process of attracting retail and restaurant tenants to a new plaza in Norterra, developer De Rito Partners is asking residents to chime in on what they’d like to see at the Norterra Fiesta commercial plaza, near CVS Pharmacy and Kerry’s Car Care along North Valley Parkway.

DeRito temporarily suspended plans for a self-storage facility for the empty space after residents voiced concerns at a community meeting in August.

Until April 30, residents are invited to take an online survey about the types of merchants they’d like to see join the plaza, which borders Fireside at Norterra. The survey seeks to determine the types of cuisine and conveniences are most desired, as well other types of services most wanted (such as medical offices, beauty salon, etc.)

A comments section allows for specific names of tenants to be included.
