Chihuahua Seeks Home, Preferably One with a Dog

Lucy  is ready to find a forever home. The Chihuahua weighs 8 pounds and is 2 years old.

Lucy was found in January, huddled in a corner with her buddy, Ruby. Since being rescued, she and Ruby have been in a foster home together until recently. Her new foster home has given her the opportunity to socialize with another dog as well as experience new things.

Lucy loves to to snuggle, but also enjoys playing with other dogs once she is acquainted. Her ideal home will give her structure, allow her to warm up to the new owner at her pace, and have another doggy friend to keep her company.

She occasionally limps, but no medical issues have been found, and it is likely a genetic condition that may or may not resolve over time. Anti-inflammatories help alleviate the condition.
