24 North: Homes, Schools, Shopping & Community Information
Unlike condos and some patio homes, here you’ll find cozy backyards that can be designed as urban-style patios with water features or planted with small lawns. Side yards are narrow but long and would make excellent dog runs. Unlike larger plots, these small lots are for those who don’t want to spend too much time on yard maintenance.
There’s a delightful green area with common barbecue grills, plus a separate, fenced field where dogs are allowed.
24 North is in the Deer Valley Unified School District (DVUSD) and is served by Barry Goldwater High School. The primary public K-8 school is Sonoran Foothills School. See more about nearby public, charter and private schools. See also test scores & enrollment Figures.
Residents are within a short drive of three major shopping centers and several supermarkets (the closest is a huge Fry’s Marketplace, opened in 2017).
