24 North: Homes, Schools, Shopping & Community Information


Unlike condos and some patio homes, here you’ll find cozy backyards that can be designed as urban-style patios with water features or planted with small lawns. Side yards are narrow but long and would make excellent dog runs. Unlike larger plots, these small lots are for those who don’t want to spend too much time on yard maintenance.

There’s a delightful green area with common barbecue grills, plus a separate, fenced field where dogs are allowed.
Schools

Residents are within a short drive of three major shopping centers and several supermarkets (the closest is a huge Fry’s Marketplace, opened in 2017).
Nearby Attractions
The community is near four regional parks for hiking, boating and other outdoor activities.There are two libraries within a short drive, and a hospital/emergency center nearby. Sky Harbor International Airport is about 35 miles from 24 North.
