New Business: Succulents, Plants and Home Decor
For 15 years, In&Out Magazine has been the definitive source of “Everything that’s going on” in and out of the community. We thank you, our readers, as well as the businesses that support the magazine through advertising, for that opportunity. But with little going on, and many businesses suspending or canceling their ads during the Covid-19 crisis, we are suspending publication of the magazine and web sites for the month of May.
In the space recently vacated by ilean Ride, David and Krystal Carmen, of Gringros Landscaping, opened a retail location in New River. Plant Bar Arizona sells succulents, cacti, houseplants, outdoor plants, home decor and furnishings, terrariums and pottery.
“We have many one-of-a-kind items and the inventory will change as mostly everything carried in [the] store has been handcrafted,” David said. Customers can create their own planter in-store or choose to have it made. A free imaging service will be available to preview new plants on a customer’s property before they are planted.
