A building under construction on a pad along the west side of North Valley Parkway adjacent to First Watch in the Kohl’s shopping center (aka Tramonto Marketplace), will be the site of a medical office.

The majority of the 8,000 square feet in the building has already been leased to the medical tenant, said Larry Brown of Diversified Partners, LLC, a broker for the property.

An attached 2,056 square-foot space—facing North Valley Parkway will have a wrap-around drive-thru and patio—remains available for lease. “We’ve had a lot of interest, we’re just looking for the right tenant to come along,” Brown told North Phoenix News, and hinted that the group is hoping to land a national tenant.
