Visit Times Set for Incoming Kindergarteners
For 15 years, In&Out Magazine has been the definitive source of “Everything that’s going on” in and out of the community. We thank you, our readers, as well as the businesses that support the magazine through advertising, for that opportunity. But with little going on, and many businesses suspending or canceling their ads during the Covid-19 crisis, we are suspending publication of the magazine and web sites for the month of May.
All K-6 and K-8 schools in Deer Valley Unified School District will be open Thursday, Jan. 31 between 5:30–7 p.m. to parents and their soon-to-be-kindergarteners. Visit classrooms, meet teachers, learn about the program and register for the 2019-20 school year. Items needed to register:
- Original birth certificate or a certified copy
- Immunization records
- Proof of residence (utility bill, house payment receipt, rent receipt, escrow document or lease agreement)
- Identification
- and legal guardian or custody papers if applicable
