New Filiberto’s Mexican Restaurant Under Construction

But with little going on, and many businesses suspending or canceling their ads during the Covid-19 crisis, we are suspending publication of the magazine and web sites for the month of May.
Commercial development continues to expand eastward in the Norterra area, as construction just began on Filiberto’s Mexican Food’s newest franchise location at 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.
A spokesman for developer SimonCRE told In&Out that construction should be complete in spring, and interior work on the restaurant could be done by summer. This new North Phoenix location was selected for its proximity within a heavy retail hub, he said, adding: “Restaurants do very well up here.”
An additional 1,500 to 2,580 square-feet will be available as part of the multi-tenant building for another restaurant or retail store. A Filiberto’s franchise recently opened a location in Anthem.
