Sonoran Gate: Model Homes Near Sonoran Preserve Open
Taylor Morrison will unveiled seven model homes in a new North Phoenix neighborhood, Sonoran Gate, when it opened to the public Saturday, Oct. 28.
The 255-home community sits on a secluded 80-acre site surrounded by State Trust Land and sandwiched between two sections of the untouched beauty of the Sonoran Desert Preserve, just east of Sonoran Foothills. Three collections of homes will be offered:
The Discovery Collection One- and two-story floor plans ranging between 1,570–2,936 square feet, with three and four bedrooms, a den, two to two-and-a-half baths and two- or three-car garages. Some plans include bonus rooms and additional bedrooms. Homes are priced from the low $300,000s.
The Landmark Collection One- and two-story floor plans ranging between 2,153–3,687 square feet with three to five bedrooms, a den, two to three-and-a-half baths and three-car garages. Some plans offer guest suites and additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Priced from the upper $300,000s.
The Summit Collection Single-story floor plans ranging between 3,028–3,544 square feet with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half baths and three-car garages. Options include guest casitas and guest rooms with living areas. Priced from the upper $400,000s.
Nearby, Taylor Morrison’s Fireside at Norterra community is sold out, and the company’s Sonoran Commons development is in the final stages with just a few homes left in the Encore and Summit Collections.
Sonoran Gate is 4.5 miles east of I-17, off Dove Valley Road.
